Shipping
QUEST ships directly from our factory warehouse in China. Every unit is tested before dispatch.
Orders of $90 or more ship free. Orders below $90 have a $9.90 flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Delivery estimate
International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date: customs processing, destination, local carrier handling, public holidays, and peak-season volume can affect the journey.
Tracking
We provide a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch. Use the shipment link in the dispatch update to follow the parcel with its assigned carrier.
Duties and local charges
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price and, where charged, are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
30-day Smile-On-Your-Face Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For product quality issues, contact QUEST support for warranty service before returning the product.

Return Process
To initiate a return and obtain an RMA number, please email us at info@questdetectors.com. Refunds are generally issued within 3-5 business days of return inspection.
