Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get my head around how DoCast works and what exactly screen mirroring is supposed to do, but I keep running into confusion. I’m using an iPhone and trying to connect it to my smart TV. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I thought DoCast would just send the screen directly, but I’m not sure if it's using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or something else entirely. Also, is screen mirroring the same as casting, or are they different things? I don’t get why one app would need location access just to mirror the screen. I’d really appreciate it if someone could break this down for me like I’m new to all of it, because, honestly, I kind of am. I just want to watch videos or show pictures from my phone on the TV without getting lost in all the tech terms. Thanks in advance.
