$10 USPS PRIORITY MAIL:

QUEST METAL DETECTORS subsidizes two-day air service for any orders at a flat rate of $5

$20 USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS:

QUEST METAL DETECTORS subsidizes overnight service for any orders at a flat rate of $20

INTERNATIONAL:

QUEST METAL DETECTORS charges the exact Fedex International Economy rate without markup. EXCLUDES duties and taxes.

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME:

QUEST METAL DETECTORS ships your product within 24 hours of your order.

TRANSIT TIMES:

USPS First Class: 3-5 Business Days

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: 2 Business Days

PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: 1 Business Day

First-Class International Mail: 5-10 Business Days in most cases

EXCEPTIONS:

QUEST METAL DETECTORS does not ship on weekends or public holidays and on some occasions may take two business days to ship if there are any complications with your order. If your product is on back order you will be notified before purchase (or possibly after sale if unexpected sales volumes occur).

TRACKING:

You will receive email confirmations upon order placement, and at the time of shipment. Your USPS shipment will begin tracking at the END OF DAY (or the next morning) after your order ships.

APO ADDRESS / MILITARY

QUEST METAL DETECTORS ships to Military APO addresses. When entering your shipping address on your order, enter your APO zip, and our system will identify the region and fill it in for you. If you experience difficulty try changing the country from the USA to the actual country the APO relates to.

Select “APO or PO Box delivery (USPS)” shipping option $12.50.
