Official Rules for the Xpointer Metal Detector Monthly Giveaway

1. Eligibility
- Open to all individuals who are legal residents of their respective countries.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- Employees of Quest Metal Detectors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
2. How to Enter
- Participants must subscribe to Quest Metal Detectors' website.
- Each subscription counts as one entry into the monthly giveaway.
- Subscribers are automatically entered into each monthly draw unless they opt-out or unsubscribe.
3. Selection of Winners
- Two winners will be selected randomly at the end of each month.
- The draw will be conducted by Quest Metal Detectors.
- Winners will be announced on our TikTok channel (account: questmetaldetectors).
- All decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding.
4. Prize
- Each winner will receive one Xpointer II Metal Detector.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt of the prize.
5. Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted via the email provided during subscription.
- Winners must respond within 5 days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- A new winner may be selected if the original winner forfeits the prize.
6. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Quest Metal Detectors.
- Quest Metal Detectors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any problem prevents the giveaway from being conducted as planned.
- Quest Metal Detectors is not responsible for any technical failures or problems with subscriptions.
7. Liability and Release
- By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Quest Metal Detectors, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
- Quest Metal Detectors is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this giveaway.
8. Privacy
- Personal information collected from participants will be used by Quest Metal Detectors for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for future marketing purposes.
9. Shipping
- Prizes will be shipped worldwide, subject to logistics availability.
- Quest Metal Detectors is not responsible if the prize cannot be shipped due to unavailable logistic services.
10. Governing Law
- This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
