I am a newbie to metal detecting and the equipment. I just purchased the Quest Q40 and after getting it all set up and turned on I keep getting a "raise coil" alert/alarm whenever the coil is either touching the ground or anywhere between 0 to 14" inches above the ground. Is it supposed to do this?
