Q30 "Program Lost

Hello everyone. Q30 owner, here, with a problem. When I turn on my detector, the screen displays "PROGRAM LOST", and a full battery icon. It does not detect and no buttons work. Long presses of the power button do nothing. The Questgo app simply crashes, and does not allow for an update. Any suggestions?

i had the same problem i had an old samsung s5 loaded questgo and firmware on it then uploaded it to detector took a couple tries and it worked great

I've tried it on 3 different phones, numerous times on each. Unfortunately no luck, yet. I keep trying, but unfortunately have a 2 week old paperweight, at this point.

did you try an old phone itrieda samsung s10 and a tab a tablet both would not work tried an old s5 it froze half way thru restarted it and it worked make sure blue tooth is on and a Q is on your screen
