Здравствуйте. Сегодня хотел обновить Q 30. Как результат, версия из прибора слетела полностью, а новая не устанавливается!!! Хотелось бы узнать что дальше делать?

I can not push any button to update

our new Quest 30 and Quest 30+. Please help me out.

I see the Q in my Q30 but cannot connect it doesent find when i search in Devices ?? i have found it once but then i couldnt uppdate my q30

your Quest go apk doesn't work; I have a brand new q30 it cannot be found by your application for a connection via bluetooth.😤

I received an email from Quest (thanks for that!). It actually came very quickly, saying that my personal password had been changed to a temporary password, so I could log into the Quest Go app. That worked fine, but then I tried to connect the Q60 to my phone. But unfortunately I couldn't connect the Q60 to my phone (a Xiaomi Mi 10 T Pro), with bluetooth on and the latest update on it. It just didn't see the Q60! Did I go wrong somewhere here? I followed Quest's update routine exactly. After this deception, I wanted to change my temporary password in the app. After I did that, I couldn't log into the Quest Go app anymore. So I'm back where I started before. My questions are: should I wait maybe 24 hours for the new password to take effect? And why can't I connect my phone to the Q60 in the first place?

Hello, I recently bought a Quest Q60 which I also can't update unfortunately. The Quest Go App isn't very willing to do what it needs and suppost to do. Now, I've read that Saul wrote a mail about this problem on the 12th of June in 2020, telling that: "the app was long overdue and Quest was in the process of doing an update at that moment". Saul also wrote that: "it is, however, quite a large undertaking so please bear with us". That was in June 2020 (!). Now it is februari 2022! So the question here is: when is that update really coming!? Is it actually coming? Sure hope so! Otherwise, I think, it will give a damn bad review on the internetfora, stating that Quest lackes solving update problems for it's detectors and Quest Go app... This won't help the bussiness!

Strange enough someone else who offered to help was able to do exactly the same thing using my details and that worked. Huh? So now the app works and I just updated the firmware. The only explanation that I can think of is that between signing up for the first time and log in the app for the first time was too short time. A database issue I think.

After download the app forces me to sign up. When I push the Facebook button there's no response. After the second push the app crashes.

So I registered on this site first and downloaded the app again and tried to log in with the same details. I get the answer: "Sorry, account or password isn't right"

So I can't get the app running. That's a pity because now I can't update the firmware of my Q30+. Are you going to fix this?

Try to use a older android device if you can that seemed to work for me good luck

the app found my q30+ and shows as pw0316, but i cant connect the device via bluetooth

What’s the status of updating the app?

why not make it possible to update via pc or laptop instead?

Mine won't launch at all now when I was able to get on the app last night the update wouldn't update was staying on the screen with 0% complete (Q30) ?
